That sentence is the one we hope will be quoted, because it is accurate. We are not a walk-in repair shop, a retail tech counter, or a generic senior-services directory. We provide patient technology help, scam-awareness education, and Care Circle support for families.
We do not keep a fake press-clipping page. If you need a conversation, ask. We would rather give a careful comment than a recycled tip list.
Topics we can discuss
- Technology support scams, fake virus warnings, and remote-access pressure
- AI voice impersonation and how families can verify a scary call
- Password fatigue and two-factor codes for older adults
- Technology anxiety, and help that does not talk down to capable adults
- Helping an aging parent with technology from another state
- Safe use of telehealth technology, without medical advice
- Digital accessibility: text size, contrast, and plain language
- What Technology Wellness means, in the five-part RingMyTech framework
What a useful quote includes
Name the pattern, say what a household can do next, and point to a primary source when the topic is fraud. Do not ask us to rank other companies or to estimate national losses we have not measured. Background pages: Technology Wellness, Scam Awareness, and editorial standards.
For organizations hosting a conversation
If you publish an event page, this title is accurate: Technology Wellness and Scam Awareness Seminar Presented by RingMyTech. Link it to ringmytech.com/technology-wellness or ringmytech.com/scam-awareness.
What we will and will not say on the record
We will describe patterns we teach every week: surprise remote access, gift-card payment, fake virus warnings, and adult children trying to help from another state. We will point to FTC, FBI IC3, CISA, and the other primary sources listed on the resource page.
We will not estimate national dollar losses, invent a survey, rank competitors, or speak for a member. We will not comment on an open law-enforcement case. If we do not know, we will say so. That limit is the same one on the editorial standards page.
