Purpose: Help families, caregivers, seniors, and referral partners understand RingMyTech and schedule their first call.

• Follow up with leads and recover missed calls.
• Explain plans clearly and book first calls.
• Track conversations clearly in the member care system.
• Support outreach to caregiver, senior, veteran, and community groups.
• Report objections and lead quality.

Ideal qualities: Warm communicator, patient, organized, comfortable with phone calls, strong follow-up habits, respectful with seniors and families, and comfortable using simple CRM tools.

Relationship & Retention Coordinator

Purpose: Help members and families feel supported after joining.

• Check in with members.
• Help track support needs.
• Follow up after care interactions.
• Watch for cancellation risk.
• Support family peace-of-mind updates.
• Help maintain member satisfaction.

RingMyTech Ambassador

Purpose: Help introduce RingMyTech to families, churches, senior communities, veteran groups, and local networks.

• Share RingMyTech with trusted communities.
• Refer families who may need help.
• Support community awareness.
• Help grow a mission-driven senior Technology Wellness service.
