Start with the member
The member sees their care plan, upcoming touchpoints, recent support activity, and personalized Technology Wellness information.
Request help, your way
The member, or an approved trusted contact with permission, can request help, call RingMyTech, or schedule a follow-up.
RingMyTech coordinates the next step
Care Circle shows a clear progression from request received to connecting, helping, and all set, without turning care into a technical ticket queue.
Share only approved updates
The member decides who participates and which care summaries may be shared. Billing details and private session notes are not automatically shared.
Simple, secure access
- Use the email address connected to the RingMyTech membership.
- Receive a time-limited sign-in link. No password needs to be remembered.
- Create a personal four-digit Call-In Security PIN inside Care Circle for phone verification.
