      Call-In Security PIN

      Choose your own four-digit PIN to help our care team confirm you when you call. We will never ask for it by text or email, and RingMyTech cannot view or recover it.

      Choose four numbers that are not a simple pattern, such as 1234 or four matching digits. Allow up to one minute for a new or updated PIN to appear. This PIN does not authorize account changes, payments, or emergency decisions.

      See who participates, what each person may do, and what approved information is shared. Care Circle membership and information sharing are separate choices.
